no, th black parade wan’t only an album was also a “new band ” inside mychem, so they we’re performing as the black parade(whit the outfits, make up and stuff), so in the video gee says “this is the last performance of teh black parade forever” becouse the band “the black parade” it’s not gonna perform anymore, if in the future they play tbp song, they’ll play it as my chemical romance, covering the black parade, lol am i explining??
