What is the My Chemical Romance religion thing?

Okay so I remember MONTHS and months ago when there was a myspace bulletin going around and it said something like
My Chemical Romance is my religion
Gerard Way is my God
The Black Parade is my heaven…
something like that. I’m not sure exactly how it went or what the rest of it is. Help?
